The challenge? Helping our communities stay safely on the move. Our Transportation Co-ops/Interns have the opportunity to work with top notch senior engineers on exciting and engaging transportation work including highway/roadway design and construction plan production. Each day, you will have an opportunity to work with a team of professionals while learning highway/bridge design and will help prepare final plans and specifications. • You should be a self-motivated professional, enrolled in a bachelors program in engineering, have a 3.0 or above GPA, and interested in transportation engineering, specifically roadway, bridges, and transportation planning. • You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and team-oriented work practices. • Experience with MicroStation or AutoCad desired. Our top candidate is eager to put their education and talents to work on challenging projects and has a desire to grow both personally and professionally with this transportation engineering co-op/internship opportunity. Schedules are flexible to work around your classes and hours should average 20 per week.
